i've been avoiding to blog too much about the job i'm doing right now. because my blog will be like a lancome website if this continues. like, soon. haha. but it's really hard to avoid. i'm gonna spend a solid one month with lancome's sunblock. how could i not blogging?
ok lah. i will stop babbling about my colleagues and bosses. lets talk a little bit about the product. this job benefits me by learning more knowledge about beauty products. I work with experts like the professional product consultant, super cute make-up artist and the girls that know so much about beauty care. for those that have known me for long, they know i had this really serious breakout when i was in primary 6. my pimples were breaking all over my forehead. had really serious acne problem and i started to cleanse my face ever since then. the first cleanser my mom bought to me was
Biore. because of it's cheap price.

but face didnt get any better. tryout
simple and
t3. but it's all in vain. but i guess the breakout was because of my imbalance hormonal changes and for the unavoidable fact that i started to have my menstrual period and growing like an ordinary teenager during that age. i never able to get rid of this major skin problem until my form 4 year. my skin miraculously recovered. turned pretty good aside from the minor pores and blackheads problem.
no sooner when i entered my degree course, enduring those sleepless nights, stressful year, unhealthy food and polluted environment, once again serious breakout occurred. it was so serious until i have to consume medicine to control the hormonal inbalance. i get pretty frustrated because of the acne breakout. it's like i lost whole lot my self-esteem. i dont even want to step out of my house without make-ups on. but too much make-ups worsen my complexion. i know my face needs a break! so, that was the day i rather stay at home than hanging out that often for the reason that i need to leave my face naked. i was a loyal user of
L'oreal Whitening until i decided to shift to
Clinique.
choosing the right skin care product is essential. you have to know whether your skin able to handle the amount of the chemical substances applied on your skin. i started really throwing extra care to my face when i worked for lancome. you know, it was like a slap when the product trainee told me that i have to apply more foundation to cover the scars on my face. even the make up artist lectured me of not using concealer. of these days, i know my complexion is no longer loves me like she always did.

working for lancome brings me nearer to the knowledge that applying sunblock daily after moisturizer is so crucial. Apply this little thin shield on your face by all means blocking the sunlight from damaging your skin. It also benefits us as the shield to protect us from the serious pollution in our earth nowadays. especially if you're staying at city, like selangor.
this entry meant to tell you that the
SUNLIGHT nowadays could make you aged. Can you imagine you have a 30-year-old look while you are only 20? exposed to too much sunlight destroyed your skin cell slowly. like a time bomb that you will never know how serious you skin has been damaged.
SPF simply means Sun Protection Factor. If in your mindset that the higher SPF in a sunblock is better than you're wrong. Different countries have different index of SPF whereby, this is highly related to the climate of their country. for malaysia, our index is much closer to Japan.
SPF 50 simply means 50 X 100mins, which equivalent to
500 minutes the sunblock can last for. well let say, if you applied SPF80 to you face, means you're protecting your skin from sunlight for like 13 hours? there is no point to shield your complexion that long if you are only exposed to the sun like 4-6 hours.
the higher SPF by all means the higher chemical substances in the sunblock.
Can you imagine if one day your skin unable to take the high amount of the chemical substances? the main key leads to choose the correct sunblock is by looking at the PA. e.g: SPF 50 PA+++. choose the one with
three plus (+). PA simply means the strength of the filter. a sunblock without PA+++ is only able to against pigmentation but not sun. In addition, PA means the strength and the consistency of the sunblock. Sun block doesnt completely prevent you from turning dark. it helps to reduce pigmentation, dull and ageing skin and to ensure a healthier skin tone.
So, faster get yourself a sunblock now. it is crucial to apply everyday!
