One Utama Shopping Centre was still alive although all the retail shops had closed! Celebrated Krystal's Birthday but we refused to go straight home after that. Guess what? we gone crazy. the night was a blast! =)

PORK PORK PORK!!!

as u can see from the title above, well hm. before you proceed, this is a kind reminder to all the anti-pork people! you know what i mean. u can skip this if you hate pork. but why.. isnt good to see something u hate afterall? hahahhaa.

the night of the 8th lunar new year, the hokkiens would worship the god of sky. is it really called the god of sky? my father's side of family celebrates this eventful day every 8th day of the chinese new year. i don't know your family, but mine always a big one. the exciting part of the event isnt really about the fireworks, firecrackers, burning joss-stick to the ancestors, snapping pictures or fighting for the red packets. it's the HUGE PORK

sigh. totally no mood to update my blog because my desktop has gone stationary for few days. the laptop of my sister and brother's have no photoshop. sighh. only 3 pictures are adjusted. the rest is original- totally free from photoshop. =P

that was taken at the little coffee shop owned by my father's eldest brother.

I was at this little village, labu during the first day of chinese new year.

the weather was burning hot and humid ok. i don't understand why they can still gamble under the scorching sun there. lol. the chinese new year spirit i think? or the gambling spirit? lol

reunion dinner! we had reunion dinner at my ah-ma's house. it was the dinner of four generation of lim's family. this explains 3 tables for the reunion dinner. my ahma was really head to toe so jubilant for the day. if i were her i would be also that proud of myself. =)
my dad is the 8th child of my grandparents. he has another two younger brothers after him. grandfather died when my dad aged four. the noble grandma raised 10 children as a single mother. proud proudthis is my 38brother bullying my bear bear.

we went to malacca on the fourth day.
the plan was to A-famosa for a little family trip. but all the hotel was fully occupied. we ended up heading to the malacca town for food. malacca was insanely crowded with people! i never seen so many people before at jonker street! this was my 7th or 8th visit to malacca in two years time. mind you. LOL

we headed back to seremban before the day turned dark.

the next day, we had breakfast here!the happy family =)
super huge restaurant serves dimsum.

i didnt get lots of angpao this year but it doesnt really matters anymore. it just doesnt feel the same now. Is it because i've grown older now?

p.s: tomorrow i'm leaving to seremban again for another chinese new year ceremony!
